SPOILER ALERT: This will probably not be the most popular article I have ever written. You may even choose to unfollow me after reading this, and that is 100% your choice. I have some difficult questions which I would like to raise, and tonight’s discussion regarding Dennis Montgomery and Mike Lindell’s PCAPs, will be the focus of this article. I would encourage you to consider these questions, without allowing emotion to assign ill intent where there is none.
So, today marks the conclusion of Mike Lindell’s 48-hour Moment of Truth Summit, which in my opinion was the very BEST event that Mike has hosted thus far. Experts and witnesses from all 50 states presented MASSIVE amounts of election fraud on the world stage. Couple that with the premiere of (S)election Code, a well-produced documentary which truly tugged at our heartstrings.
As someone who rarely gets emotional, I found myself tearing up, and feeling downright disgusted by the political persecution endured by Tina Peters, Sherona Bishop and others.
Overall, I was inspired by this event, bearing witness to the dedication and patriotism of thousands of patriots all working toward a common goal; To secure our elections and save our country!
Obviously, I could discuss all of the wonderful highlight’s of the last 48 hours ad nauseam, and plan to do so in the coming days, but for now, I’d like to discuss the PCAPS, which were discussed at the very end of the event. If you happened to miss it, you can find it here.
Mike Lindell PCAPs Moment Of Truth?! (rumble.com)
First of all, what are PCAPs?
“Packet captures are a networking practice involving the interception of data packets travelling over a network.”
Since January 2021, Mike Lindell has claimed that he has in his possession the irrefutable absolute proof that China hacked Dominion machines and flipped votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden. (They probably did by the way). Mike has claimed that cyber experts were monitoring the 2020 election and captured the data packets of foreign interference “ABSOLUTE PROOF”. At one point in time, Mike assured us that this evidence was so irrefutable, that it would lead to a Supreme Court case which would reinstate Trump back into the white house in August 2021.
Obviously, I would have wanted nothing more than for this to be the case, and for a long time, I was a total believer. Of course, I want there to be a smoking gun, an irrefutable BOMBSHELL like PCAPs, but in all honesty while I know the election was stolen, I have been skeptical about these PCAPs for about a year now. The reason? Simply because the cyber symposium, (which was supposed to be the day the PCAPs were revealed), didn’t pan out the way it was advertised. That, and because a few data experts who attended the symposium claimed that the tiny sliver of data they had seen was essentially white noise. It was also very concerning when, following the symposium Mike publicly stated that Dennis Montgomery was one of the sources of the supposed 32TB of data.
…Now before we go any further. Do I think Mike Lindell is lying? Absolutely 100% NOT. I believe Mike is a good-hearted well-intentioned patriot, who has sacrificed millions of dollars, his business, and reputation for the good of the country. I don’t think the man has a dishonest bone in his body. However, Dennis on the other hand, has been accused of quite a few high-level scams throughout his career.
Here is the most famous scandal involving Dennis. He was once named “the man who conned the pentagon”.
“Dennis Lee Montgomery (born 1953) is an American software designer and former medical technician who sold computer programs to federal officials that he claimed would decode secret Al-Qaeda messages hidden in Al Jazeera broadcasts and identify terrorists based on Predator drone videos.[1] A 2010 Playboy investigation called Montgomery "The man who conned the Pentagon", saying he won millions in federal contracts for his supposed terrorist-exposing intelligence software.[2] The software was later reported to have been an elaborate hoax and Montgomery's former lawyer called him a "con artist" and "habitual liar engaged in fraud".”
Now, are these allegations about Dennis are true? Your guess is as good as mine. How could I say for sure? Dennis may be a fraud, OR conversely, it could very well be that Dennis has been persecuted for trying to EXPOSE the corruption within US intelligence, and he’s an American hero.
Nevertheless… I have no way of knowing which is the case, but I retain a healthy level of skepticism regarding Dennis.
After the symposium, and the months that followed, I had gotten the impression that Mike had gradually moved on from the matter entirely, and I was happy to move on with him! We have PLENTY of verifiable issues with drop boxes, mail in ballots, voting machines, etc. which deserve our total focus! (I believe our energy is best spent on the issues which we can verify, beyond a reasonable doubt. Something like PCAPs would be very difficult to prove in a court of law, even if they were 100% legitimate).
I had gotten the impression that the PCAPs were a thing of the past. However, tonight, the PCAPs were given a massive revival in a compelling presentation from Kurt Olson, Mike Lindell, and Jeff O’Donnell.
Kurt Olson revealed information which had NEVER been seen before regarding Dennis Montgomery and the PCAPs. The presentation was aimed at proving to the public that Dennis is real, credible, and that the PCAPs are also legitimate. Kurt Olson went as far as to say that anyone who doubts Dennis Montgomery is either ignorant, or a liar.
…So, please forgive me if I am ignorant.
These are my notes from listening back to Kurt Olson and Mike Lindell.
Dennis Montgomery was a DOD contractor for many years. He developed software “eTreppid” in 2004 for the US intelligence agencies to track terrorists. However, in 2005, he learned that instead of tracking terrorists, they turned around and used his technology to spy on Americans, including judges, and congressmen.
Years later, they raided Montgomery’s home and seized all of the evidence of spying, and interference in elections. In 2007, (during the litigation of a completely different matter between Dennis and his former business partner), the current DNI filed a motion to put all of the spying evidence under protective order as a matter of national security.
Then in 2009 Dennis acquired a brand-NEW contract with the intelligence agencies to allow the FBI to continue using eTreppid under the direction of James Clapper (weird, given that Dennis already knew they used eTreppid to spy on Americans as early as 2005).
Dennis says that after he discovered the FBI was spying (AGAIN), he met with a bunch of people, and filed multiple whistleblower complaints.
…And then fast forward to 2020, Dennis used his software to collect the PCAPs during the election.
Now how are all of these things connected you ask?
Dennis BELIEVES that the PCAPs fall under the protective order from the DNI that was filed wayyyy back in 2007, and therefore he could face serious consequences for releasing them. So, that’s why no one can see them! Make sense? Good. However, he agreed to give them to Mike Lindell in 2021. Mike Lindell says he purchased them, (probably for a looooooot of money) and has them in his possession, and that he and his attorneys are going to file a motion to lift the protective order on 8.23.2022.
However, I have a few questions…
1) If the PCAPs were ALWAYS under protective order, why was the symposium scheduled in August 2021?
2) Why are we finding this out now? This is something that probably should have been discussed last year.
3) Why wasn’t the motion to lift the protective order filed January 2021, since it was always in effect?
4) If Mike owns the PCAPs, what’s preventing him from releasing them?
If you watched the presentation, it was VERY compelling, emotional, convincing. But I apologize for my bluntness when I say, this doesn’t make a lot of sense. I don’t want to speculate too much, and I am hoping that more will be revealed. Until then, I am still just as skeptical as I was prior to this presentation.
That is all…
I think the PCAP data is almost certainly fraudulent. At the very least, it's essentially useless without a documented chain of custody.
You're absolutely correct that it's better to focus on issues that are verifiable and indisputable.
One thing we don't want to do is: Sound like the congenital liar Adam Shifty Schiff!
About Trump/Russia. Something like: "The evidence is clear. Just in the public domain; The evidence is abundantly clear". PUT UP. OR SHUT UP.
