Smartmatic Implicated in BRIBERY Scheme - DOJ Files Charges!
This is the biggest election news since November 4th, 2020!
Smartmatic “World leader in Election Technologies” just got busted for bribery, and potentially rigging the 2016 Philippines election! This is absolutely the biggest news since November 4th, 2020.
One can only imagine how the coming discovery in this case will aid those facing defamation lawsuits from the voting company, as it now appears that alleging Smartmatic is a corrupt company is not so far-fetched after all.
Tuesday September 19th, the United States DOJ filed money laundering charges against the former chairman of the Philippines Commission on Elections, Andres Bautista. FOUR unnamed Smartmatic executives are implicated in the case! It’s unclear why the Smartmatic execs themselves have yet to be indicted, but this is a BOMBSHELL, nonetheless.
While the corrupt voting company is actively suing numerous media companies and Trump ally’s for raising legitimate concerns regarding Smartmatic’s political ties and system vulnerabilities, the big proverbial boomerang has finally swung back to strike them.
Suffice to say, Smartmatic is going to have a rather difficult time trying to clear its name of any wrongdoing now that they’ve been caught bribing elected officials in other countries.
According to obtained court documents, the unnamed and unindicted Smartmatic co-conspirators allegedly “caused or attempted” to funnel $4 million to Bautista using slush funds, fake contracts, fake emails, and code words to disguise their actions. The bribery money was supposedly laundered through a bank in Oklahoma, which was then dispersed to various shell companies linked to Bautista.
You know, like the Bidens do?

This legal action came after Bautista’s estranged wife, Patricia Paz Bautista, raised concerns about his alleged accumulated wealth, estimated at $17.57 million.
The obvious implication of these charges is that Bautista was bribed with millions from Smartmatic to use his role and implement Smartmatic voting machines across the country. The other obvious implication is that Smartmatic was then used to rig the 2016 election in the Philippines.
Bautista awarded $199 million in contracts to Smartmatic for about 94,000 voting machines and to handle the results of the Philippines’ presidential election in 2016.
Smartmatic spokeswoman Samira Saba said in a statement that the company “has never won a project through any illegal means” and that the claims in the Bautista case are “not related to Smartmatic election security or integrity.”
Right because, Smartmatic bribing the top Election official in the Philippines has nothing to do with elections security or integrity.
Where do these people get off?
Andres Bautista also took to X.com to deny these allegations:
“Best managed in our electoral history”. Where have I heard that before? Is CISA giving Andy his talking points?
Now watch as the mockingbird media continues to run cover for Smartmatic despite this BOMBSHELL revelation. They will attempt to make bribery the only focus, while deflecting from the obvious implications of what the money was for. RIGGING ELECTIONS!
CNN would have you believe that Smartmatic was just funneling millions to this top election official for being a super swell guy. But again, the implications here are too obvious and impossible to escape from.
Especially since Smartmatic has ALREADY been exposed for rigging elections in the Philippines dating back to at least 2010.
Litigation over Smartmatic “glitches” alleges they impacted the 2010 and 2013 mid-term elections in the Philippines, raising questions of cheating and fraud. An independent review of the source codes used in the machines found multiple problems, which concluded, “The software inventory provided by Smartmatic is inadequate, … which brings into question the software credibility,”
The media has perpetually lied about both Dominion, and Smartmatic, blatantly ignoring evidence of fraud, conflicts of interest, systemic vulnerabilities, and so much more.
They’ve aided in backing both Smartmatic and Dominion in their attempts to sue various news outlets and political figures who have claimed, among other things that:
Smartmatic has ties to George Soros.
Smartmatic has ties to Dominion.
Smartmatic has ties to Venezuela.
All of which are true by the way… Particularly #2.
Dominion entered into a partnership with Smartmatic in 2009. Dominion’s software has remained virtually unchanged since the two companies (allegedly) parted ways in 2012. If there is a problem with Smartmatic, there is a problem with Dominion.
The only difference is the name.
So, if we’re now learning that Smartmatic is engaging in money laundering bribery schemes to implement their systems in the Philippines, wouldn’t you think that this has implications for elections in the US?
Especially since LA County STILL uses Smartmatic. Will they discontinue their use of Smartmatic systems amidst these discoveries? Will anyone be investigating LA County for potential bribery during the procurement of Smartmatic?
Am I to believe that this is an isolated incident? That there aren’t quid pro quo deals happening between voting machine companies and state officials across the country?
Anyone with an ounce of integrity would begin calling for expanded investigations into all of these matters and demand the discontinuation of all voting systems nationwide!
This is really great stuff! Did you see the posting from Patrick Byrne about on Locals about this? It was fire!! -- https://patrickbyrne.locals.com/upost/4625560/biggest-news-since-november-3-2020
Great article and great news for sure. Nick do you know anything about the attorneys prosecuting this case, Markenzy Lapointe or Robert J. Emery? What are the chances that this case gets a judge that isn’t compromised? Keep us posted on this one for sure. Thanks
