You may remember the April 2023 election of Janet Protasiewicz to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Her “victory” marked the first time in 15 years that the state’s highest court held a liberal majority. This was undoubtedly one of the most consequential elections in recent history, as a liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court has SERIOUS implications for the 2024 presidential election and Donald Trump. It’s no wonder why this election received so much national attention.

A supreme court flipping liberal in a major swing state could not only mean the end of Voter ID, but the re-implementation of Zuckerberg drop boxes, blocking future election integrity bills, and shutting down serious election challenges following the election.

Scott Presler was the most vocal about the importance of upholding a conservative WI Supreme Court. He worked tirelessly to prevent Janet Protasiewicz from getting elected. Scott spent months pleading with conservatives to get out the vote for her opponent Daniel Kelly. Scott spent months on the ground, registering voters, conducting radio interviews with Steve Bannon, and sounding the alarm about the importance of this election.

Pressler’s activism resulted in a serious grassroots effort to elect Daniel Kelly. However, as you’ll soon learn, no amount of momentum, or effective messaging could have overcome the massive tsunami of fraudulent donations made to Janet Protasiewicz campaign “Janet for Justice”.
