With 12,000+ different ballot images available for the many different offices to each voter, these ballots must be printed for each individual; how hard would it be for a nefarious individual to assign a 19" ballot according to the voter's registration?

It isn’t a root cause analysis (RCA) when all you come up with are symptoms! They just enumerated the problems that occurred which matched what was claimed in court that the county claimed didn’t happen! But still no root cause! Almost as if they already know the root cause and don’t want it exposed!

If the printers have a mind of their own, the election should be invalidated. I worked the poll that day in Pima County. The turnout was stunning.
